Tacos & Tequila is the first establishment of its kind launched in partnership with Tequila Patron.
The tacos are the star of the restaurant and its menu, designed by Executive Chef Juan Jose Cuevas, includes seven varieties of these Mexican delights. Among others are the lamb tacos, which include Aleppo pepper, yogurt, cilantro, cumin, cucumber and radish, and short rib tacos with tomatillo habanero sauce, avocado, radish, cilantro and peanuts. There is also a selection of vegetarian, pork, crispy cod, steak and chicken tacos.
Other dishes that go perfectly with the fun and casual environment of space, are salads, tortilla soup, nachos and a variety of quesadillas. An outstanding desert selection includes plates such as cheese flan and the "Churro Ice Cream Sandwich".The drinks offerings, made with more than nine varieties of Tequila Patron and Patron Roca, include specialty cocktails made with herbs and organic and fresh ingredients purchased from local farmers spices as well as an appetizing variety of margaritas.
