With its unique concept that artfully blends the modern steakhouse and chic lounge into one, the Condado dining scene now has a dynamic VIBE-dining experience superior to the traditional steakhouse with its first STK in the Caribbean.
STK distinguishes itself by emphasizing the social experience with an elegant lounge and a nightly DJ to create an infectious, high-energy atmosphere and the sleek environment is designed to encourage guests to interact and mingle. To be able to have its own identity, locally known designer Jorge Rosselló achieved a unique booth design where everyone is able to flirt with the Ventana al Mar view, enjoying a captivating oceanfront setting nestled in a timeless location.
Start your evening with a selection from the Market Salads, Starters and Raw Bar section of the dinner menu, like the Baby Gem Caesar, the Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Stewed Rabbit, or the Lil’ Brgs with truffle fries.
The steak menu offers select cuts in portions from 6 to 34 ounces, and is a one-of-a-kind, curated experience courtesy of the Linz Heritage Certified Black Angus Program. Each piece of USDA beef is primarily from farms in Iowa and Nebraska and carefully cared for from conception to plate. Personalize your steak experience with an assortment of sauces such as Red Wine, Béarnaise, Au Poivre, Chimichurri, STK Bold, and toppings like Truffle Butter, Foie Gras, Shrimp, and much more.
Not into steaks? No worries - delight yourself with mouthwatering entrées like the Caribbean Lobster Truffle Risotto, a special creation by Chef Smith, the Grilled Marinated Eggplant, or the Roasted Lechón Belly. And you can accompany all these options with appetizing sides like Sweet Corn Pudding, Mac & Cheese, Charred Broccolini, or Jalapeño Cheddat Grits, among other special creations you can only find at STK San Juan.
Dare to be tempted with the flavorsome cocktails menu which combines signature STK cocktails like the Cucumber Stiletto or the Strawberry Cobbler, as well as local creations, like the Ventana del Mar and the Curious Jorge.
The wine list, designed by General Manager Joel Peña, mostly includes US wines, but has diverse varieties from New Zealand, Argentina, Europe, sparkling wines and champagne, among others.
