TERMS & CONDITIONS

Submission must be made prior to the end of your cancellation period (noted in your confirmation email) in order to get an immediate rate adjustment to your reservation. We will match any rate you may find. The rate must be for the same room type and stay dates, publicly available and bookable. If there are specific rules associated with the rate you find, (e.g. full prepayment, etc.), your amended reservation would need to follow these same rules.

Our Best Rate Guarantee do not apply toward Expedia and Booking.com Member deals.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, which are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:

• Corporate discount rates
• Group rates, meeting rates any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public
• Direct mail solicitations
• Electronic mail solicitations
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as flight, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights Rates that are available on auction Web sites
• Rates available on Websites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed
• Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply towards CancelOn, Amoma, Elvoline, Getaroom, HotelsForEveryone, bedfinder, Hotelsclick, LastMinuteTravel, HotelPower, ZenHotels, Roomdi, Hoseek, Hotelwiz, FlixHotels, HotelQuickotelTonight, Agoda, Lol.Travel, Travelwiz, Gly, Vacationstogo, Kayak, Viajesfalabella, Travelup, Trip, Planetrooms, galahotels and EasyClickTravel. Should you send us a rate from one of these we can only offer up to 10% off our best available rate based on availability; we will not match the rate.
