I've been to many different hotels in my time but this was the best experience by far. They sent my 18 month daughter milk and cookies for bed. They're staff is just pleasant and I can't wait to visit this hotel again.

1st Class all the way
if you have an opportunity and would like to experience the best of Puerto Rico please stay at the Condado Vanderbilt. From the attentive staff to the close attention paid to every detail at the hotel. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can be quite picky. I will absolutely return to the Condado Vanderbilt. I appreciate the staff and their uncompromising professionalism and for the great time they provided. Many thanks
Excellent service, excellent rooms
The service levels at this hotel are phenomenal, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Everyone at the property seems genuinely concerned that you are having a good time. The rooms are completely updated and modern. Make sure to get an ocean view room.
This hotel is amazing. Probably the best service we have EVER encountered! Everyone involved could not have been nicer. The weather was incredible. Will go back. Restaurants were excellent and the bars were fantastic. Very close to most places and a short cab to Old San Juan.
This hotel is AMAZING!!
When you first walk into the hotel, you are blown away by the sheer elegance of this historic landmark. This hotel was built in 1919, and much of it has been restored. It's difficult to describe the visual sensory feast that awaits you when you walk down the hall towards the two towers, but suffice it to say that it is absolutely beautiful. The service was impeccable. Our butler named Caleb was extremely attentive to our every need. He was completely at our beckon call! He even made arrangements for us to have a drink made for us at the Ola restaurant that isn't normally provided. The Ola restaurant on premise was 5-star poolside establishment--you've got to have the 24 oz. boneless ribeye topped with pimenton butter and carmelized onion potatoes--it was to die for. For dessert we had these churros that were piping hot and melted in your mouth, which could be dipped in three different mouthwatering sauces, along with coconut gelato, and a chocolate bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream, topped with hot carmel popcorn of all things. PURE DECADENCE. All in all, an experience we won't soon forget!
